docs: v0.49.0 final — test count 697, add #287 and #289 entries

All three PRs now merged:
- #285: first-run onboarding wizard
- #287: self-update git pull diagnostics
- #289: skip flaky redaction test in agent-less envs

Final test count: 697 (up from 679)
