On tag push (v*):
- Creates a GitHub Release with auto-generated release notes
- Builds multi-arch Docker image (linux/amd64, linux/arm64)
- Pushes to ghcr.io/nesquena/hermes-webui with semver tags
- Uses GitHub Actions cache for faster builds
