docs: update SPRINTS parity assessment from v0.21 to v0.36

self-update, git detection, slash commands, rAF throttle)

Claude parity: ~70% -> ~85% (added themes, voice, mobile responsive,
collapsible groups, context indicator, token display, Docker, subagent
